Main features:

This material is improved by adding alloying elements such as M0 and Cr, as well as microalloying elements such as Nb and Ti, on the basis of 4130 components. At the same time, during steelmaking, inclusion modification is used to reduce the content of non-metallic inclusions in the steel, reduce segregation and band structure, and an optimized heat treatment process is adopted for Shengjiang
In order to ensure the H2S corrosion resistance of the material, our factory controls the S content below 0.003% and reduces the non-metallic inclusion content, segregation, and strip structure in the steel through advanced smelting technologies such as inclusion modification technology, constant temperature and pulling speed continuous casting, endless electric stirring, and light pressing. Through a unique heat treatment process, the full section hardness deviation of each steel pipe after quenching and tempering is not more than 3HRC, and the strength deviation is not more than 40MPa;
Main applications: casing, couplings, wellhead components, screw drilling tools, fishing tools, hangers, etc.
