Nickel (Ni): 72.0%
Chromium (Cr): 14.0-17.0%
Iron (Fe): 6.0-10.0%
Carbon (C): ≤ 0.15%
Manganese (Mn): ≤ 1.00%
Silicon (Si): ≤ 0.50%
Phosphorus (P): ≤ 0.015%
Sulfur (S): ≤ 0.015%
Copper (Cu): ≤ 0.50%
Mechanical properties:
Tensile strength: ≥ 550 MPa
Yield strength: ≥ 240 MPa
Elongation rate: ≥ 30%
Hardness: HB ≤ 160
Heat treatment:
Solution treatment: Keep at 1010-1150 ℃ and then cool by water or air
Attention should be paid not to rapidly cool below 800 ℃ during cooling to avoid brittleness.
